1. Cancellation Terms
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as the payment has not been captured or processing begun.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated once payments are captured and returned as per Razorpay’s Refunds API.
Refunds processed within 5–7 working days from initiation. Funds will be credited to the original payment source (e.g. bank account or card).
Partial or full refunds may apply depending on the circumstances.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are provided for defective or incorrect items. Customizations may not be refundable unless faulty or misdelivered.
